Registration Procedure & Rules for Admission to JR.KG and Std 1 for the session 2026-27

Step 1

Date :- 19th January 2026

For Grade JR.KG to Grade I

Bring Birth Certificate or Result

For Grade II to Grade X

Bring Bonafide certificate & Result

Collect Admission form from fees counter

Step 2

SUBMIT ADDMISSION FORM ON NEXT DAY WITH NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND FEES.

Step 3

ADMISSION WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY AFTER PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES ALONG WITH THE FORM AND DOCUMENT.

Admission Eligibility Criteria for JR KG, SR KG and Std 1:

Admission Eligibility Criteria – Date: 01/01/2022 - 31/12/2022, Age: 4 years and above

Admission Eligibility Criteria – Date: 01/01/2021 - 31/12/2021, Age: 5 years and above

Admission Eligibility Criteria – Date: 01/01/2020 - 31/12/2020, Age: 6 years and above

In –house admissions for promotion from Grade SR. KG to Grade I will commence from 5th January 2026 to 12th January 2026, between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION:

AMOUNT OF RS.12,240/-
PASSPORT SIZE COLOURED PHOTOGRAPH WITH WHITE BACKGROUND OF STUDENT, FATHER AND MOTHER.
COLOURFUL SELF ATTESTED PHOTO COPY OF STUDENTS AADHAR CARD.
COLOURFUL SELF ATTESTED PHOTO COPY OF STUDENT'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
SELF DECLARATION BY PARENTS OF RELIGION, CASTE AND CATEGORY (FOR CASTE OTHER THAN OPEN COLOURED SELF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY OF STUDENT'S CASTE CERTIFICATE IS COMPULSORY).
PARENT’S - ID PROOF., ADDRESS PROOF, INCOME PROOF.

In –house admissions for promotion from Grade IV to Grade V will commence from 5th January 2026 to 12th January 2026, between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

*Short listing of Candidates will be done after Detailed Scrutiny and personal interaction.

*Any wrong information on the form filled will amount to disqualification.

Documents to be submitted to the school along with the Form:

Passport size coloured photograph with white background of student, his/her father and mother.
Coloured self attested photo copy of child aadhar card.
Coloured self attested photo copy of child’s birth certificate
Self declaration by parents of religion, caste and category (for caste other than open coloured self-attested photocopy of student’s caste certificate is compulsory).
Father- aadhar card, income proof
Mother- aadhar card, income proof
Result copy, leaving certificate and pcr book of student’s who wish to seek admission for grade ii to grade x
Previous school u-dise no., gr no. And student id no.
Photo copy of electricity bill
Photo copy of gas connection
Bank statement (past 3 months)
House papers (rent / own)

Admission commences from 19th january 2026

Detailed information for submission of fees and documents for the selected students shall be intimated later.

Parents are requested to check the school website from time to time, to ensure that they do not miss the dates.
