General Rules

Rule 1

Parents are request to get themselves acquainted with rules of the school, ignorance is no excuses.

Rule 2

Politeness, courtesy of speech and conduct, as well as cleanliness of dress are expected from each pupil.

Rule 3

No child suffering from any contagious or infectious disease shall be permitted to attend the class.

Rule 4

The school will not be responsible for the loss of books, money etc., the pupils must look after their own things. It is not advisable for pupils to have money or other valuable articles in their own keeping.

Rule 5

A pupil absenting himself from school without leave for seven consecutive days (including holidays) may be marked left. He/ She then to get re-admitted will have to pay fresh admission fees.

Rule 6

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious to the school are sufficient reason for the dismissal of student of any class at any time of the year.

Rule 7

When the pupil has to be absent on account of sudden illness or urgent necessity, a word should be sent to school authorities by the parent.

Rule 8

Calendar months’ notice it to be given for the withdrawal of student. Such notice should be in writing by parent or guardian.

Rule 9

The child remain absent from the school for the whole day instead of bringing a note asking for half day leave.

Rule 10

Any damage done to school property must be made good.

Rule 11

No child will be allowed to go home during the recess.

Rule 12

There should be silence during the change of periods.

Rule 13

When moving along the corridors or stairways the rule is always keep left walk in single line and silence.

Every child should particularly avoid throwing waste paper, fruit peels etc. out of the window or in the corridors or on the school ground.

Rule 16

If admissions are not taken on dates told for different sections then it will be considered that parents are not interested to seek admission.

Rule 17

The school day begins with an assembly prayer in which all student must attend in regular class formation.

Rule 18

All note of absence must be written by the parents of the pupil only in the leave record in the school calendar.

Rule 19

All student are expected to speak English in the school premises.

Rule 20

Applying mehendi, dyeing or colouring of hair, applying nail polish or kajal is strictly prohibited.

Rule 21

Attendance is compulsory on the re-opening day after vacation.

For Parents

Please co-operate with the school for the progress of your ward.

Please do visit the school, Meet the teachers, talk to them about the progress of your ward.

Control the use of Radio/T.V. but encourage the child to listen and observe the educational programs.

Inculcate the habit of self-dependence from childhood.

Send your ward regularly and in time to the school.

Give him/her opportunity to play for at least one hour daily.

Get daily information about activities/studies in the school.

Make your ward to study for an hour or two every day.

Inculcate good eating habits.

Help him/her to help others at home and outside.

Make Him / Her to develop some hobbies

Parents can meet the Principal between 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M.

Parents can meet the Head Mistress 2.00 P.M. to 3.00 P.M.

Your ward should have good habits like cleaning eyes, nose, teeth and taking bath daily. Always insist him to wear clean clothes (school uniform). Do take conscious efforts for this.
