The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great excitement and patriotic spirit at Shree Siddhi Vinayagar English High School. The celebration commenced with the March Past by the students, keeping perfect rhythm to the proud tune of the school band. Everyone was filled with a spirit of pride and unity.
Amidst great enthusiasm, the Investiture Ceremony was conducted, where the newly elected student council members took the oath to shoulder their responsibilities with sincerity and dedication.
The cultural program began with a heartwarming speech by little Zikra Sayyad from Pre-primary, followed by a group song presented by the Primary section. The Hindi speech by Laksh Yadav from Secondary inspired the gathering with patriotic sentiments. The Pre-primary students’ group song added charm and innocence to the morning.
The Primary section displayed their energy through a Dumbbell Performance, after which a solo song by a Secondary student enthralled the audience. A touching English speech by Aqsa Shaikh from Primary highlighted the significance of freedom, followed by a group song by the Secondary students that resonated with national pride.
The program concluded with the spectacular group dance “Unity in Diversity” by the Secondary section, which beautifully portrayed India’s cultural richness and harmony.
The entire celebration was a perfect blend of discipline, dedication, and patriotism, leaving behind an everlasting impression of unity and national pride.
